There are many “home valuation” websites on the internet that will give you a generic sell price for your home. What these sites do not take into account are:

• Any improvements that you may have done such as painting, crown moulding, new floors, new appliances and myriad factors that are not addressed at the time of the estimate
• Current market trends and inventory in the area
• Proximity to schools/beaches and other activities that may be important to buyers
